Before Taking Prozac

If using any of the following drugs Prozac should not be taken: pimozide, thioridazine, or an MAO inhibitor such as isocarboxazid, tranylcypromine, phenelzine, rasagiline, or selegiline.

Prozac should not be taken within fourteen days of ceasing usage of an MAO inhibitor. After ceasing to use Prozac, you should wait at least five weeks before using a MAO inhibitor or thioridazine.
